Driving Range

The Christensen Golf Academy is located at 3915 South 24th street, in Quincy, Il.   It sits adjacent to the 50 meter pool at the Sheridan Swim Club.   It is the only grass tee open to the public in Quincy.  The range features Callaway Golf Balls and several target areas.  A mobile practice shelter is present at the range for the use of patrons when golf lessons are not being given.

The range is self service.  A ball dispenser and token changer are present for patrons to get their range balls at any time.  Yes, the range is perpetually open during daylight hours.  Players who wish to brave the cold weather in during the winter are always welcome. 

The ball dispenser dumps approximately 40 balls with each token. 

Token prices are as follows:

1 token    $5

2 tokens  $8

3 tokens  $10

6 tokens $20

Sheridan Swim Club members receive a 25% discount on token purchase.  To obtain this discount they must purchase their tokens in the shop.
